Faye Wuesthofen,Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Glendale Stables is pleased to announce the addition of Faye Wuesthofen to our team as the new assistant trainer and head riding instructor for our growing lesson program.
Faye Wuesthofen grew up in Wisconsin where her passion for horses started at an early age. She began riding at LaFleur Stables at the age of 4 and by age 8, Faye was competing on the Midwest show circuit. Growing up, she spent every minute she could helping at the stable and teaching lessons.
Faye’s entire family was very involved with horses, allowing her the opportunity to train under some of the top trainers and instructors in the industry. She showed under the direction of Tom Bombolis at her family’s farm, Glenmore Stables, and also under the DeLovely Farm banner. She had many successes during her juvenile career in both performance and Equitation. Faye has won five World’s Champion titles and 3 Reserve World’s Champion titles spanning the divisions of Show Pleasure, Three-Gaited, Five-Gaited, and Equitation.
The highlight of Faye’s career came when she unanimously won the Saddle Seat Equitation Triple Crown in 2009. Shortly after, she moved to California and pursued a degree in interior design. Although she loved design, Faye’s passion for horses persisted and she returned to the Midwest to professionally train horses and instruct riders. In late 2015, Faye came to Glendale Stables as the new assistant trainer and instructor, where she excels in teaching children as well as adults.
